How does it work?
1. Build the brief
Understand in detail what problem we are addressing, how we will measure success, what the key inputs are and who the key business SMEs will be.
2. Define the experiments
We design a rapid series of experiments to discover how well we can get AI models to solve different elements of the problem. Each experiment has a specific “learning outcome”.
3. run the experiments
Each experiment builds upon the last. We keep the sponsor informed of progress, replanning and re-balancing our efforts as necessary. We work closely with the SMEs, incorporating their ideas and feedback into our work to improve the solution at each step.
4. Build the demonstrator
When the building blocks are complete and the AI solution is operating as desired, we work with the SMEs to design a rapid prototype of the solution in operation.
5. Evaluate the solution
We run a test or trial of the solution with real data and real users, where possible. We collect the key measurements that were agreed upon in Step 1.
6. Present findings
We produce a report in the form of an engaging presentation, designed to excite key stakeholders and to demonstrate the benefits of your new solution.
